Was here on business and had an afternoon to enjoy the trail but could not return the bikes at the closing time of 6pm. I had to leave the next morning before the shop opened. Asked if I could leave the bikes with my hotel that was literally around the corner (A loft). They said they did not have anyone that could pick up the bikes. I offered to pay the overnight rate for two bikes and give the guy a $20 tip to collect them in the morning. He refused. I took my business to another bike shop down the street (Pedal Chic) that was over the top friendly and was happy to accommodate my needs

I had an accident on the trail and Robin got in her SUV and picked up the bike and dropped me off at an urgent care center. She was extremely helpful and jumped right into action. I really appreciated her help when I was so far away from home. Greenville should be proud of the way one of their merchants treated an out of town guest in need. Thanks so much.
