Amazing staff that helped me find the right products for my bike!
Had a friendly and easy-going rental experience. We showed up and rented four bikes for a half-day (4 hours). These bikes were called cruisers and were much more high-end than expected. They quickly adjusted the bikes to our height and we were off. Returning was an even easier process. We will be using them again for bike rentals.
Randy and the folks at Carolina Triathlon are super friendly and very knowledgeable with cycling products! They have serviced my bike for several years now and have assisted me with all my cycling questions! The new store is fabulous! I always leave with a smile!

I like the store itself - it has everything you'd ever want from the cycling world. I'd go to Carolina Triathlon before I'd ever go to the super lame and extremely overpriced Trek Store. As for the staff at Carolina Triathlon: sometimes the staff is pretty awesome and they treat you like a real human being from planet Earth. At other times they look at you like you're an uninvited alien from some distant plant in Hoag's Object while they just stand around pulling each others puds. Is there some unwritten rule where bike shops are only allowed to employ arrogant wobbly wieners?
