My father was recently discharged from Regency and thank the good Lord he made it out. These rating are the opposite of what goes on behind closed doors! The rooms are nasty, and they are negligent and do not care about their patients. We had to request baths and other daily necessities. Please dont take your loved one there if they cant speak up for themselves. They let him slide out of the bed with broken bones and his health care needs were never met. They break patient confidentiality. They will not care for the patient unless family is present and looking over there shoulders. Mistreated pearsonal property and kept some of his belongings. Department of health and social services was notified by myself. They cant possibly be getting away with this not on my watch. If you love your family member do not allow them to go to this hell hole! You have been warned! Absolute worst care. Even for a dog.
