I have been calling for 2 weeks to become a new patient and when I finally get a call back for the intake screening, I am greeted on the phone with a "what do you want? What do you want me to do?" when I am asked "well, what's your problem?" without even being told of the intake screening or any type questionare, how am I supposed to answer when approached with such lack for customer service. The woman who answered sounded like she was completely bothered by giving me a call back. Terrible customer service whoever this lady was and if I didn't need some help, I would be going elsewhere.
