I like the clothes and the dressing room attendant was so nice !!!
Bought a jacket from here and the customer service was beyond abysmal. While I love the jacket, I certainly did NOT love the customer service. I wouldn't return just because of that.
This guys credit card is a rip off I bought merchandise for 20 dlls and did my payment online on time then they say my payment was rejected from the bank but no notice from my bank. So now I owe them 90.00 dlls ugly service.
Worst service, layout and quality of clothing.
I went into the store for a refund. I had one person helping me, Haley. Haley asked a senior employee for assistance. The senior employee and Haley were able to take care of the return. A cashier came over, Angie, and asked if there was a problem and appearing to have an attitude. I explained to her that the other two employees had taken care of me. Angie then said to the manager that we were having a problem. I really don't see the reason for Angie to approach the situation when it was already handled and for her to feel she was in charge, when she obviously wasn't!!!!! Forever 21, however is a great store aside from this experience.
