First and foremost - the staff at this buy buy baby is superb. I have been very impressed by their customer service every single time that I've gone to the store. I was looking to buy some things for my baby off of our registry and couldn't find what I was looking for. A team member not only took me to the item but she also walked me to a register and helped me checkout. I have noticed their prices are a bit more than some other places but there's always a 20% off coupon to be found for either bed bath and beyond or buy buy baby.
Ordered changing table and crib from warehouse came with missing shelf. I called the 800 number and months went by with no replacement. I call the Greenville store and Brook was so helpful and understanding and got my replace shelf to me the next week. Definitely will shop at the store from now on and not online.
