The manager was rude, and apparently they do not honor the discount signs in the store. A sign clearly stated "Buy 2 get 1 Free" on the shorts table, but she claimed it was for a different product and would not honor it. I'll find somewhere else to shop, AE is overpriced anyways
I am extremely disappointed with the service from this American Eagle location! Half of the items I paid for were not bagged. I've spent that last two days trying to contact the store with no answer. This is ridiculous. I understand mistakes are made but I at least expect someone to answer phone when people call. Especially when I payed for items they did not put into my bag.
what kind of company is this has no respect for other religion and has imprint our God Ganesha on the foot wear shame on you guys .
