Store personnel are indifferent to customers. Forget about getting help in the dressing room.
There is woman there names Meeka who was so rude! She should not work in a customer service industry. I never want to go back because of her!
The Ann Taylor store in Haywood Mall has horrible service. Most of the women that work in the store are rude and unhelpful. I purchased several items from this store recently, and the women could tell that I needed help but didn't make an effort. I was so disturbed by the way I was treated that I took everything back the next day, and went to a different store. I don't know if the women get commission, but if they do I didn't want them to get it from me.
We did not get the name of the lady who checked us out today, blonde late 50s trying to dress younger than her years, she was rude, condescending, and snobbish! Other associates offered help, but this one acted as if it pained her to take my daughters money and talked down to her. Very unprofessional . Never again!
