I've ordered shoes online and would recommend anybody to check prices online before buying in this store. I hope my purchase will end with positive result via online order and In-Store employees will work with more attention and accuracy.
All starts from my request to bring me my size, we find out that US8 isn't mine. I asked for 7 1/2, than she comes back with US 7 and told me that we don't have 7 1/2 and unfortunately they can't even order it to because this model doesn't have half sizes. When I was checking how do they fit I noticed label inside which showed, that this particular pair of shoes is 7 1/2 and also two defects on the right shoe (one inside Glue on the fleece material and small amount of glue on the outer back side).
I lo ve the shoes. A bit pricey, but sometimes they have great deals. Customer Service is none existent. The salespeople are rude and they could care less if I needed any help. They both gave me a fake smile and didn't ask if I needed any help. Instead they carried a convo with their friends. The man salesperson finally asked me if I needed a size and when I was trying the shoes on he walked away when I was talking to him about how much toe room I had. The customer service has always been bad, they act like they are better than you or they mad at the world. I'll just buy my shoes online.
I've had today bad experience with manager and salesperson.
I love Aldo! Today I went to the store because my strap had started coming apart. I did not have my receipt and they gave me credit for in the store for what the online sale price was online. They stood by their product. Handling the problem that i had which is great service. A great way to keep a forever costumer. I will continue to shop here for myself and for any future gift purchases. Before asking to bring me another one I checked how do they fit, and they fit me!
I asked her to bring me another pair w/o defects but It will be too lucky to me this Sunday. Of course it was last one... After small talk with the manager she offers me 15% off for this defect (which means $90 - $15 ($15 off from $75) and - 15%(for defect) = $68 after taxes). After small trades I decided to think about this out from the store. My wife has taken the picture of the box with shoes information because I do like them, and after few mins she find it on the official web site with recommended Sale price $69.98! I understand that it can be price only for online order, but why she told that for me "this model doesn't have 7 1/2 size" and didn't offer me another?
