Have always loved this place more than any other Zaxbys visited until tonight. Cortney took our order and snapped at us with both orders placed. She asked the same questions 3 times with a very bad attitude. Then we were told that we would have to wait 10 minutes for traditional wings to be ready. Really??? At 7:45pm? This should be part of the busiest time of day. So we proceeded to fix our drinks, but the drink machine would not give any drinks. They opened it to see what could be the problem, and it was filthy! We sat down only to have Cortney stare at us with anger. I don’t trust the food now.
Great place to sit and eat your food with your friends and family. Good portions of food that comes on each and every plate. Management is very kind and will listen to you when their is a huge problem on how you were served/how the atmosphere is. Awesome place I receommend this place for anyone who loves chicken.
Arrived at 9:52 pm......... no one was at front counter. Cashier waa in lobby cleaning, stacking chairs. When asked if she was working counter, she said someone suppose to be back there? She came and took the order. The booths were nasty, crumbs on the tables and in the seats as if too busy to clean between guests? It was obvious we arrived just before closing and they were not thrilled. Fries were not fresh. Not the best customer service by this young staff.
We visited this store Sunday afternoon, it was so busy the staff could not handle putting out the orders in a timely manner. Our order was a large one, they left out part of the chicken strips, the fries were tiny pieces of left overs and cold. It was so busy everything should have been piping hot and fresh! They could not get it right! We were very disappointed in our meals. We should have taken them back but didn't want to deal with it! Should have been right for the price they charge and at least taste good.. We will never go to this Zaxbys in Powdersville again!
The foods tasty. Service is usually good, just check your order. Sometimes they mess it up, but they'll fix it.
