Friendly staff with comfortable dining areas. Burger menu offers interesting toppings and combinations. Food was cooked as ordered. Shake menu equally impressive. Plenty to share with 4 people. Will be back for a burger.
The menu has a lot of variety and ensures that people with dietary restrictions can enjoy dining out. I only deduct a star because the dairy-free entrees are a little disappointing. The sandwich bread is not great and the sandwiches are a little bland. On the other hand, the appetizers are AMAZING. I love that the fried pickles are dairy-free!
Went in with the family (4). Really wasn't expecting a $70+ lunch but that's what happens when you don't look at the menu ahead of time and order milkshakes. The food was good, there is an odd variety of burgers and such on the menu. Milkshakes were good also. I can't say service was exceptional, she acted as if she was nice because she had to be then was very attentive around time for the bill. Also never offered a refill had to ask. I'd rather give this a 3.5 but that's not optional. Oh and the music is great.
Really took up the slack. Wait-staff is now very attentive. Manager was very nice. Creative dishes. Good custom mixed drinks and alcoholic milkshakes.
Absolutely love the menu at LTO. Don't just go for the amazing burgers, including the "Piedmont Mullet 85", try the amazing wings as well. Appetizers are exceptional and provide something for everyone. Most recent visit we sat in the bar area due to a plethora of good college football games being on. Typically, the bar area at any restaurant lacks in service quality, especially when at a table in the bar area and not the actual bar. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention we received by the bartender/server. Personal opinion, the fries are better than the chips. I wish there was a tater tot option. My dessert is always one of their many craft beers on tap, but I hear good things about the milkshakes as well. All in all multiple visits have produced a repeat customer out of us. Only wish they were closer.
I'll add a star if the allergy friendly entrees are improved. That's the only thing that puts a damper on my experience.
There are plenty of dairy-free, gluten-free, and even vegan items. The staff is accommodating and willing to ensure that items are allergy-safe before putting in an order. It's close to Cherrydale and open late which is perfect for those who work odd-hours.
