Host makes you wait a long time and had 8 tables open after being seated. They pick who they want to sit. Waitstaff never checked back after dropping off food. Never brought refill of sweet tea until we ask for the check. Will not be back
the service was the best we have ever had there the rib special was really good I also liked the new Mac and cheese. the new Brussels dish was also really really tasty. my wife loved the jack Daniels bbq salad. the drinks where the only thing that left allot to be desired for but it was by far the best experience we have ever had at a Fridays.
Excellent service from Eileen. She was extremely helpful in assisting my children with their orders. The endless apps are now $15 but still worth it if you're hungry. The Bar-B-Que chicken salad was huge and tasty. Sizzling chicken and cheese was very good also. The boneless chicken app was mostly breading and very little sauce. We had a great meal.
Really has gone downhill. We waited 10 minutes before threw waitress showed up. Another 10 minutes for our drinks and another 15 minutes for the food. French onion soup was good. Sliders were tasty. Saw the waitress twice. Once to take our order, once to give us our check. Couldn't even tell her about the dirty utensils. Won't go back.
My husband and I arrived at the restaurant which was not busy we were seated directly and then proceeded to wait 15 minutes before finally getting up and leaving because no one offered us any kind of service at this establishment. If you are going to run a food service you need to make sure that your customer service is up to par,& I can't even say that here as the only person that spoke to us was the host who seated us when we arrived we will not be coming back to this location.
