We enjoyed our meal here. The beer was cold, and the steamed oysters were great! Service was on the slow side, but we weren't in any hurry so it was all good.
Excited about finding an oyster shucking restaurant. Great outdoor seating. I wish we bought our dog. Our waitress was sweet as can be but we couldn't find the oysters when they brought them to our table. We had a great time sitting outside Having good wine good beer but we couldn't find the oysters when we ordered charbroiled oysters. Make sure if you can't find the oysters to tell them because they're very great about bringing you new ones.
Place is awesome. Sat at the bar was waited on by Christian and she provided great customers service. I ordered shrimp and oysters for dinner and they were fantastic. Will definetly come back.
Unfortunately we just had our third bad experience at this place. Terrible, terrible service. One hour after ordering, we still had not received our order and watched five other tables that came in after us get their food. We finally brought it to the servers attention and the manager ( I’m thinking this is who came) came over and said our order was “special”. It wasn’t as I had watched others get the same food. I also watched the waitress go back and forth with the kitchen staff about where the order was. As we got up to leave they offered to send one of our four meals home with us in a box. Seriously! I was more concerned about getting my hungry children fed. A simple “sorry, there has been a mistake” would have been appropriate but instead it was not handled that way at all. The restaurant actually acted more like they didn’t care at all!
Bad lobster soup, all u can taste is bowl of cheese and extremely salty. We ordered the raw oyster sampler with 12 oysters from Maine, Canada and New York. No taste and broken shells in the oyster. Not sure their chef know how to shuk an oyster. Very disappointed. Good service though.
