I went to the Sprint store in Anderson because my phone had no reception at all (It wouldn’t work without WiFi) and they kept telling me it was a billing issue and there was nothing that they could do. I spent 40 minutes on the phone with Customer Service trouble shooting and we came to the conclusion that it was probably the SIM card. I was referred to the store on Haywood Rd and was told that they could help me and replace the SIM card. Alex helped me. We switched out the SIM card and it still didn’t work. From there my options were to send in my phone for repair or upgrade. I got the iPhone 8 for only a few more dollars a month. I had great service and Alex helped me out a lot. He was very kind, understanding, and professional.
