Courteous and friendly staff, including nurses and doctors. Dr. Hall is very calming, and always patient to listen to any concerns or questions I have and answers very honestly. I leave feeling better and well informed without a bunch of sugar coating, which is great because I'm diabetic. He's the only doctor I trust with my eyesight.
I'm thankful for the high level of skill demonstrated by my surgeon and the care I received from both the surgeons and staff was genuine and sincere.
The staff is very friendly and Dr Antworth did an amazing job repairing my torn and detatched retina, he saved the vision in my eye! Highly recommended
While Dr. Kaiser has a friendly enough bedside manner, the staff at this location is lacking a great deal when it comes to patient interaction. It is obvious that the assistants are not very happy with their job. The lack of genuine kindness toward patients isn't even the worst part. The scheduling is HORRENDOUS. I take my grandfather to this office every couple of months for treatment and we ALWAYS have to wait AT LEAST an hour to be seen. There have been occasions where we've had to wait over TWO hours. It's always this way. Obviously, they need to spend some time rethinking their scheduling process. There has to be a better way to set appointments in order to make it a more desirable experience for patients, a less stressful environment for unhappy work staff, and to prevent the doctors from running themselves crazy. Don't overbook! It's insane to cause people to lose half of their work day due to sitting in an office waiting on a 5 minute procedure. Your patients, in most cases, cannot drive themselves. This is a HUGE inconvenience to everyone involved. Do better or people will start looking elsewhere for help... or forgo help altogether. Additionally, people who are anxious about getting a shot to the eye do not need to sit and nervously wait. There HAS to be a better way to structure appointments in order for this office to perform more efficiently.
While technically competent, this is the worst run medical practice you will ever experience. Go here only as a last resort.
