I have noticed in the past they are not always open when the posted hours say they should be. Not sure why. When I have gotten in though, the doctors are very helpful and staff is friendly.
STAY AWAY - If you wish to be sent to collections not once but THREE times - even though you have very comprehensive and rather expensive insurance. They also do not care to follow their own schedule and seem to open when it suits them. I am a GM of a store in downtown Greenville. I desperately needed antibiotics. I arrived at the opening time of 8am. I waited about 35 minutes for these people to actually open - which they may have done, but by that point I would have been late opening the store (which has never happened). Their billing system is terrible. It's remarkable that they haven't been sued. I might possibly do this if our credit record blemishes are not expunged.
The whole staff was very nice, from the beginning to the end. It was very convenient and even tho I do not have Insurance, Its not expensive to go see a doctor. They also helped me with some tips on how to get a discount for my prescription.
I called the number on this website yesterday to inquire about hours. The person that answered said they'd be open until 8 pm. Got there at 7:15 (went there right after work) to find a sign on the door saying the location is closed most of the this month for updates or renovations or something like that (can't remember the exact wording). Guess they forwarded the phones to another office? Needless to say I didn't get seen.
I used the online check-in and the whole experience was VASTLY better than I have had previously. I got a text when they were ready for me, I was seen almost immediately. And on my way in about 30 min. Front desk staff was great! Nurses and Dr. were all awesome! I don't know when they started the online check in, but they need to keep it!
I checked In Online, I received the text about when to go in, It took them about 15-20 min to see me which it was pretty fast to me.
I didn't bring my health insurance card so I had to return home to get. I was upset but realized that she was just following procedures that were necessary.
I returned with my card and was handed paperwork to fill out. No problems here. It took about an hour before I saw a health care professional. But that's expected since I came on a Sunday and didn't have to make an appointment. I was taken to an examination room and had my vitals taken, waited another 15-20 minutes. Nurse Casey Williams examined me. She responded to my comments and questions and was very knowledgeable. Total time spent about an hour and a half. I would say that was very reasonable. My overall experience was very good.
