The slots in the wheels pick up brake dust and get nasty quickly. Typically it requires a rag and a lot of scrubbing after going through the car wash. My wheels are clean without any additional work. They have towels for that last bit of drying and the staff is very good and friendly.
I took my Porsche through, and I'm honestly not going to take it through any other wash that I am familiar with other than a hand wash.
The wash was top and free vacuums are a bonus although it did bend my license plate I’m still giving it a five stars I will always come here to clean my car
After my 2 star review, Brett called me to find out what happened that I was unhappy and then let me know the company wanted another chance to make it right. I agreed to give them another chance. The following week I took my son by there to wash his truck. After letting the young lady that was working there know what Brett said, she comped his $9 car wash and took my name. The entire experience exceeded my expectations! No streaks or disappointment! Today my husband and I took both of our vehicles and had the same great experience. Thank you Brett, for the follow up call that day. Waves now has 3 new customers! That phone call made the difference.
Excellent car wash. Cars are conveyed through on a wide belt, meaning that your nice wheels are not going to touch anything. Very safe method of moving a vehicle.

This car wash is great! Everyone is nice and friendly. The wash my SUV received was great! It blew my expectations out of the park! Also, they have towels that you can use after the wash and free vacuums.
