So I looked around and asked (the gang) who's the manager? None of them of course. The manager was polite but offered nothing. Useless!
I was not happy with the service at Nick's car wash at Cherrydale today. They did not clean the inside of my windows very well. There were still kids' handprints all over the windows. The exterior of the car is still very spotty. However, the worst thing about my experience is the fact that one of the workers (I don't know which one) stole 8 quarters out of my door handle where I keep my change! So very unprofessional!
Absolute terrible car wash. I paid over $20 for the Super Wash and it took about 10 min. Nothing got wiped down correctly, some areas missed completely. Horrible experience!! Should have gone to Canopy! Will never be back to this place.
Poor customer service. They don't clean everything in the car. There's a reason this place is a ghost town
Will never go there again. They chipped my rear speaker and when I told them they all ganged up on me. I'm only 5 ft 110lbs. and 53 yr. old woman.
