Excellent customer service. It took approximately 15 minutes to get oil changed and car washed.
I've been going to Nick's for many years, every now and then they miss something BUT they are always willing to fix it. Their goal is customer satisfaction and they deliver!
Outside looked OK. Inside has dust on dash and the didn't clean windows. Horrible job. Called back, lady said bring it back. Told her to far. She said would have manager call me. Still waiting. Never go back. Got pics but can't figure out how to put on here.
Great customer service, friendly atmosphere. Have a really filthy car? Bring it on up to Nick's! Is the bed of your truck filled with debris? Bring it on up to Nick's! The Wheel Bright is a must after a long road trip. They actually pressure wash the brake dust out of your wheels! They scrub the bugs off of the front of your car before they send it through the actual wash. Management is superb, have a problem? Rene or Chad will fix it quick, fast, and in a hurry!
Requested interior cleaning and was willing to pay what it takes, since the car needed a real cleaning. The car was only superficially vacuumed. Rugs were not lifted, corners were not touched, outside and dash boards were not waxed, windows remained dirty. Nothing was waxed except of the tires... The overall response: "lady, we can't work on your car the whole day", another employee: "you should have requested detailing which I actually did. Its simply not worth $1.
