I have a 2012 Volkswagen Eos that needed some repairs. I took it to Steve White for the first time last week, and I’ll never take it anywhere else from now on! Everyone there was so friendly and knowledgeable. They got me an estimate quickly, and helped me work out all the details regarding payment. My car was repaired promptly. Overall great experience!
We have bought three vehicles from Steve White VW. Why? Good prices, truly great service, friendly staff and a facility with all the amenities. Recently, on a road trip to Colorado we picked up a contaminated tank of fuel. Neal and Mark went far above and beyond in giving us long distance help to get us back on the road. Count us as loyal customers.
Had an exceptional first time service department experience at Steve White. Chad helped me out and was the textbook professional. Everyone there gave me confidence in the service center and I'm very pleased with how my car and I were treated. Although this is my first VW, I can't see myself going elsewhere now. Great staff all around. Stole my heart from Honda fair and square with a top-tier group of folks!
Oil change was due. Got appointment for same day service. Was called when finished. Picked up about 30 min after my notification it was ready. Car was washed and clean. Great condiments for customers waiting on service to complete. Water crackers, soft drinks, Starbucks coffee station all free for customers.
Facility is nice, staff are friendly. Service prices listed on Steve White website do not match actual service prices charged, and online prices not honored. The issue I came in with, a noise my wheel was making, was not addressed. Waited over 2 hours, paid more than anticipated based on service prices listed, and left with same exact wheel issue. Will likely not return for further service, nor reccomend.
