Pleasant buying experience, made quick and painless. Vehicle purchased seems to be in great shape. I did have to clean it up a bit though when I got it home, as there was not any general maintenance performed and it needed detailing. I changed the dirty air and cabin air filters, and was surprised they had not.

Their quality assurance process is second to none; they make sure that the vehicle you get, even though used, is immaculate and like driving a new car off the lot.
