Amazing experience! From start to finish I have never dealt with a dealership that takes pride in its car buying experience as much as Whitaker Chevrolet. We will be back for all of our vehicles moving forward. Can't beat their year end deals either. Very happy customer!

Everything was very good. We arrived just after 8 AM on Black Friday! We were checked in by Mike who was awesome the whole time. He explained to us what test would be performed, some of the possible issues might be the culprit of the leak, how my warranty will work dependent upon the issue. Asked if we had any questions. Asked if we knew where the waiting area was and that he'd keep us updated which he did regularly. After a few hours he came in with the latest update and explained that they'd need more time with Mali (our car) and that if we were okay with it, they'd like to put us in a loaner since we were over an hour away and he didn't want us to sit there all day only for them to say they still needed to keep our car. On the following Monday, Mike called and left a message updating us that our car was ready, what the issue was and the cost. When I spoke with him later that day, he re-confirmed the information as well as what time the loaner needed to be back. We picked our car up the next day, Mike walked us to the checkout re-explaining everything, asking for questions or concerns, thanked us, etc. He is very personable and professional. We were very comfortable with him and he took good care of us.

If you’re looking for somebody that knows what they are doing and will treat you as a customer with respect give Sarah a call. I can respect good business dealings done the right way and that’s what you’ll get with her.

We expressed our dissatisfaction and that a simple call from them PRIOR to our dropping the truck off and rescheduling when 'they weren't so busy' would have saved a lot of our time and theirs. Very poor customer service, as they didn't seem to get it. Our concerns were also voiced to the Sales Dept, but they didn't seem to care...kind of hard to have sales without a good service dept to back each other up. We will remember that on our next purchase.

I was extremely satisfied with my recent service visit here. As I got out of my car, I was greeted by a young lady who directed me inside to an available service advisor. They got my car checked in and told me to make myself at home in the waiting area. When the repairs were finished, they came and got me and sent me on my way. Service was quick and friendly.

We give the Service Dept a minus 5 stars if it were possible. As this review would not let me post unless we picked 1x star. We purchased a 2017 Colorado 2 months ago, the Sales Dept was very knowledgeable and efficient. We called to have a RT front speaker replaced and the Hood adjusted and any computer updates that were available. Our appoint was 3 weeks out, giving them time to order in a new speaker, plus for them to have a rental car available. We dropped it off on a Tues 7:30 am, it took 2 hours get us checked in and for them to find a rental car....in which we missed a morning meeting at work...very frustrating...but was told it should be ready by Wednesday. We called late Wednesday to confirm a time to pick it up and was told it had not gotten into the service dept yet, that they would call us when it was done, that 'they were busy'. We called again on Monday AND Tues (now a week out) for simple repairs and told the same thing, 'they were busy'. Finally on Thurs (a week and a half out) evening upon another call from us, we were able to pick it up.

Been a Chevy guy for a long time and not changing anytime soon thanks to Sarah. She was honest and transparent the entire time while dealing with us and listened to what we wanted and balanced it out with realistic expectations. She was professional the entire time and knew everything she needed to know.
