Great food. The added bowl sizes are a great touch. Service at lunch is always great!
The cooks are quite willing to work with pesky peanut and soy allergies (they'll thoroughly clean the grill and block your section off so as not to let it accidentally make contact with other food).
Love the simple but delicious side options. The drink options are just as tasty. Always friendly service.

Not the easiest location to find, but very much worth it. The prices are far more than worth the amount of food you get--I usually end up taking half of my medium bowl home. The bowl sizes look a lot smaller than they really are if you're good at stacking food.

Absolutely amazing food! I love it more each time I visit. Great idea with the make-it-yourself setup--works really well for experimenting with flavors, and they even offer small recipe cards if you want something specific or aren't sure what to try. 100s of combinations possible. Everything is labeled as you walk down the line, and questions are welcomed.
The service was slow and the floor was VERY sticky. It was like walking on velcro. Yhe food was also very salty for no apparent reason. It seems like the grill needed to be cleaned as there were flavors on our food that was not added ahead of time.
I was surprised to see a bar when I walked in, so if that's your thing, they have one here with beer, liquor and wine. There's a TV to look at if you're into that. There's three sizes of dinner bowls ranging in price from $10 to $15. They have a really good appetizer, garlic citrus edamame. They're really into this Genghis fellow, there's a lot of stuff about him on the walls. Good mix of people here. I was worried that there would be some kind of enforcement on how much you could pack into your dinner bowls when choosing ingredients at the prep bar, but it's encouraged to pack it full, stack whatever you can on it. So I did that. Mongolian marinated beef, squid, mushrooms, etc.
