Great customer service. Would recommend calling to set up service rather than online because you can get a better deal (first month free). I had issues with setting up online but the manager gave me a discount to make up for that and the first month free deal I had missed out on. Appreciate the assistance and they are always nice and friendly. :)
I reserved a space over the phone and then went in the next day to get everything set up. Had no issues doing so and the employee was helpful and friendly. This location also had cheaper rates than most other self-storage places I called.

I have been with this facility for a few years (since Pak Rat days). I am down to one unit now. The by out by Monster has gone well without a hitch. In fact, it seems easier now to pay for my unit online, a couple of minutes and it's done.
