One day i go in and talk to the manager about me impossibly of me closing my account soon and he stated they would prorate my rent if i closed it out in the middle of the month. But when the time came i went back and there was the manager and another worker. After i paid my rent for month and went in to close my account 7 days in, i went in to close the account and the same man who i spoke to before closed the account for me. When i asked about my refund he looks straight into my face and said " we don't prorate." My mouth fell open and i said "are you serious, you told me you would". This man acted as if he had not even discussed this with me before. I paid $137.00 and they returned none of my money.. So i feel they really got over on me and to keep a good name they should prorate your rent especially if you only rented for 7 days in that month and previously told me you would.. I will never rent from this company again.
