Love this Salon! Katie has been doing my hair for a couple of years, and I have been going to Wisteria for over 10 years! The service is excellent, the salon is always clean and relaxing, the products are awesome and the stylists are top notch. Katie takes excellent care of my hair, so even though I have moved out of town, I make an appointment every time I come back to visit.
I went in on a Friday afternoon and got my hair colored and cut by Courtney. She was fantastic! I wasn't sure on exactly what color I wanted, and she worked with me to narrow it down and then came up with a custom blend when we couldn't find the exact color. And what a bit of my hair didn't take the color, she was able to mix more color and get it to match!
Brandyn is the best! I had a facial with her and it was truly the best facial I have ever had. If you go, be sure to request her!
Also, this is updated from my previous review. I had an issue and the owner contacted me immediately to resolve it. Great customer service on her part and a wonderful experience overall. Thank you!
Not very professional. I don’t like when I walk into a business and they try to hammer their own ideas into my head and i feel like this happened to me. Convincing me to a get a different style because you aren’t trained or talented enough do what I was going for is just plain sad. Saved my money and went to Capello instead. The stylist at Capello got me platinum!!! Why would I throw my money away going dark at Wisteria, something I did not want to be. I have been paying salons money for years to stay blonde. And they tried brainwashing me to get my couple of dollars. Bye!!!
