These people are very deceitful untrustworthy and I would never trust them with my money save yourself a headache and go elsewhere.

VERY disrespectful secretaries. The maintanence does about 30% of their job. They work on their own trailor with the other 70%. Not a great place honestly.
I rent from this property group, and so far my experience has been pretty good. Initially, we applied for the property, and we were approved within 30 minutes. That seemed like record time to me, but we had all of our information prepared for her: paycheck stubs, application, etc. This lady wanted to get out early because it was Friday afternoon, but she was helpful and efficient, staying extra time to accommodate us. So far I have had maintenance come to the property twice for multiple reasons, which were all addressed quickly and efficiently. They are also prompt in getting to our home to fix anything, which is nice. One complaint I have is that they didn't supply/provide a toilet paper holder for my bathroom, lol really!? It's OK though, I installed one myself relatively inexpensively today. The price is good, the people I deal with have been great thus far. Another complaint is the drive of the property and road, it's extremely bumpy and could use a repave. However, I understand the speed bumps being there for the childrens' safety. Also, when pulling out, there are trees blocking the view of oncoming traffic, and that makes it a bit dangerous exiting to the road. All things considered, I would rent again from this group for sure.
