Management not active in keeping park beautiful only in passing your home.
I have been living in sunbelt 9 years it is a very pleasant place to live. The manager melina is a sweetheart . She makes sure all of the tenants are satisfied. She's always doing little stuff for the neighborhood and the children of the park. Love living in sunbelt. Our neighborhood is always clean and well maintained. Keep up the good work sunbelt.
It is a nice place to live the management is awesome. Melina is a great manager she makes sure that the park stays clean and peaceful. I would not want to live anywhere else.

I have lived in this park for 23 years..It's well maintained , well rounded in people that live here,. For a park this large very little crime..Schools and Businesses close by for everyone's convenience., even colleges from Tech School's, Furman University, Clemson, Bob Jones University...You're close to every thing..I invite you to come and join us at Sunbelt!
