Was allowed inside and to purchase ticket with seizure alert dog but the second we went to jump they said we could not be near the trampolines with the service dog (who is three legged and blind and carried in a dog bag, mind you). We weren't jumping with him, we were taking turns jumping while one person held him. It was the fact that they saw the dog and even asked to pet him, let us pay to jump, then told us he wasn't allowed near the trampoline area. We were then asked to leave when we asked for a refund. They also didn't have any of the jumping areas open. Won't be returning.
I absolutely love Sky Zone. Great place for both kids and adults. Definitely a great place if you love to play dodgeball. All the cashiers are super friendly and the court monitors love to interact with kids. Store managers Tim, Judd, and Amanda are super friendly and happy to help if there are any problems. Prices on jumping are also reasonable and are some of the lowest in the upstate. You can’t beat the price of their snacks either. I don’t know much about the birthday party experience but every time I’m there the event staff seem to be hard at work to make sure the birthday parties run smoothly and that everyone is having a good time. Would recommend to anyone.
Fun place to take toddlers during the jumping beans time slot. I wish the cashiers would have hollered that we needed to sign the waiver at the kiosk before waiting in line to pay just to wait in line again. Also, the waiver kiosks were slow and only a couple seemed to work.
The staff in the jumping area were very polite and friendly.
Boys had a lot of fun. Staff was friendly. Need better sea to for adults who are watching their children.
A great place for kids to burn energy! So much fun.
