Poor! Customer services,My name is Gregory Hawkins, I'm currently a student at Greenville Tech, I made a phone call to City Hall. I spoke to a person by the name of Sylvia, she would not give me her last name. I wanted to make a complaint against the bus transit, before I could get a word out of my mouth,she falsely accuse me of being mad at the mayor. I call back to get her last name but she hung up the phone purposely. I have found out her last name, its Sylvia Flower, she needs to be terminated immediately, she is very unprofessional and not a people person. Sylvia Flower is a liability, not an asset to the mayor!

Greenville City has a $22 Million Dollar SURPLUS and decide to build another park, which will in turn suck more money out of the taxpayers' pockets? Hey Mayor! Here's an idea! In this economy, why not reimburse the taxpayers back their money? 22 Million divided by say, roughly 62,000 people, should be a nice reimbursement of $355 or so per person.
