On Friday, I went biking with a friend. We both returned the bike at the same time. She was charged 115 dollars for the hour bike ride. Tried to report the mishap and no one could be reached to fix the situation. This is absolutely crappy customer service. I would not recommend this. Pretty sure there was a creep guy next to the bike station casing the bikes.
