Staff is par for the course, showed me all the essentials. They have nice moving carts inside the actual storage buildings that help tremendously. Free month of storage for a one way U-Haul rental. Building is clean. Would recommend to a friend.
Will never visit this business again! Due to threat of rain, my son and I stopped by to rent a trailer in order to complete moving our furniture. Never have experienced a staff member using profanity towards a customer until this visit. While waiting to have a trailer hooked up to our vehicle, this employee decided to pull a trailer towards another car. My son asked, "Do you have that man?" --- He was actually offering to help pull the trailer. Employee's answer included a F-bomb and attitude! Wish I had thought to get the employee's name, but I was so shocked by his language!! Needless to say we left immediately, and they lost our business.
