The Westin is always amazing. The staff are pleasant and friendly. The concierge service sent us champagne and chocolate covered strawberries for our anniversary. The room is always clean. The food service for breakfast is delicious and very plentiful! We come here for our anniversary and we love it every year. I highly recommend the Westin for anyone traveling for a day or a few days. The downtown area is perfect and every thing is in walking distance to the Westin.
Our stay at the Westin was wonderful! From the hospitality to the beautiful classic building, everything was just what a guest would want it to be. Restaurants and night life were especially close there was a drug store one block away for any last minute need! For anyone staying not just in downtown Greenville, but all of Greenville, the Westin Poinsett is much recommended. You will not be disappointed!
What's a very beautiful hotel. What the very beautiful hotel I worked in one of the rooms to get a bride ready for her wedding day. With a lovely room. Staff seemed very kind and willing to help. Would definitely recommend.
These people are thieves. You give them your credit card in good faith expecting them to manage the information responsibly. Instead they see it as an opportunity to take what they want from your bank account. This is after you have checked out and received a final receipt. Then its ups to you to get your money back. If you do not catch them they will keep your money. They did this to my wedding party. Buyer beware.
Good stay. Hotel has a nice historic feel. Rooms nicely renovated. Staff was helpful. Valet parking, spoonbread restaurant and even an art auction in the conference room. Location in Greenville is excellent.
