Me and my fiance pulled up to get a room and the black lady that works there on 3rd shift was so damn nasty .her attitude is gonna cost the company money. I should've let my damn dog attack her dumb ass.
I checked into camelot inn yesterday and booked a room for a week. Paid for a week. As i checked into my room i immediately noticed roaches..everywhere. It was disgusting. It is disgusting. There is no security and my door does not have the latch on the door to secure it so someone could easily come in with little to no force. I am really disgusted and id like a refund. I actually had to move out of the residence i was at and was at emergency situation for a place at the moment. Then my tv wouldn't work at all. The maintenance guy which was very nice by the way had to take it out and get me another tv and digital box and when he took the tv out there were dead roaches all under the tv area on the dresser so i know they are in the dresser. The walls are infested with thrm because thats where i kept seeing them go into the cracks of the walls. The place is trashy. People linger around at night and i mean i feel unsafe and unsanitary. Even the maintenance guy said the place was ran down. Why would you even allow this to be open to the public? I think it needs to be renovated. Knocked over and rebuilt. Seriously. I dont want any one else to stay there until it does. The fish tank in the lobby is just horrible. Those poor fish and turtles and really just holding on with what little water they have in the tank. I need someone to come and see this and i mean it. A friend of mine had to come spray my room with some stuff of his from home. I couldnt sleep comfortably at all knowing roaches all in my room and now probably in my belongings. Yes im upset and disgusted. Camelot inn on augusta rd in greenville...do not book a room unless you really just hard up and no where else in the world to go. Like i said i am at emergency situation for a place to stay but still not a reason to be treated this way especially after you paid for a week. Take note dont cut your lights off...the roaches come out more ..so how am i suppose to sleep? Really??? Mad customer i am and ill never be back to this hotel again and i mean that.and i felt bugs biting me ...bed bugs. The carpet is filthy. I will sue this place. So be ready. Ive taken pictures as well. You have too many roaches and bed bugs. Cant nobody sleep like that!!!!! The inspection and health people will be notified by me. I mean that. This is horrible. So thanks for ruining my holidays to a roach hotel and i dont have money for another place. But i will tell you that you will be sued or shut down. Unsafe unsanitary disgusting hotel it is. Very..... I didnt want to give you 1 star but i had no choice you get a 0 from me no stars at all. Nasty just pure nasty. The soap says motel 6 on it. What the hell and it is old soap. No other ammenities were available like shampoo etc. Wow. Yes im upset and i feel unsafe.....im actually scared of this place and no one should feel unsafe like that and please from me fix the roaches.....i seen 4 soon as i came in my room alive just living in my room. Infested with them. I called the front desk & the mexican lady told me i couldnt get a refund or anything & after i asked politely because my room was filthy n unsanitary with roaches bed bugs and filth... I deserve justice for this and its the holidays. I was looking for a budget room and many were filled already so this was my 5th stop for stay amd i was tired but i am very upset with camelot inn as a customer. Paid for one week and got nothing more but treated like trash. My room was pure junk. Mold in the walls and dirtiness and roaches with bed bugs...how could you allow this to be open to public?
