I travel a lot for business purpose. In the past I have stay in many hotel everything I come to SC. The one that fit my needs even went I travel to Columbia and West Columbia has been Sleep Inn at TD. I have been in this location several time and used it as my primary place to stay. First of all staff are awesome, they go above and beyond to make sure I am comfortable. Decent room with everything you need. For the price is a great place. Keep in mind is a place to stay, for all the people that spend they life complaining don't paid attention to does negative review. They are looking for a 10 start hotel for 82 buck. Looking forward this week for my next stay.
My family and I booked 3 rooms. Upon check in we had no wash clothes in our bathroom. They put us by the elevator - the noise was all night, with people coming and going. My husband and I was in bed at 8 am in the morning - myself with no clothes on and my husband with his underwear on - when we heard the door of our room open. It was the maid. She thought we checked out. The desk called and said they had our keys - we had checked out. I informed the desk we had our keys and had not checked out. Th te desk then proceeded to call everyone in my family ( 2 other rooms at 8:00am) to see if they had checked out. -They had not. She called another 2 or 3 times and I informed her we had not checked out. She finally realized her error - the keys were for 205 not 203 (our room). This was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. Someone coming into your room - while you were naked and sleeping. The desk offered us a 15% discount for our room. I informed her we shouldn’t be charged at all for our room and our other family members should receive a discount since they got woken up at 8:00 am on a Sunday. She said she would check with her manager. Today is Wednesday and I haven't heard anything from the hotel. Find somewhere else to stay is my advice. My husband stays in hotels for buisness and we have stayed in hotels numerous times in our lifetime and we have never had such an experience.
Average hotel, staffs are really friendly. Rooms were okay, would give it a 2.5 out of 5, cannot expect too high for a cheap stay for the night.
Newly remodeled. Staff was very nice. Beautiful remodeling. Very clean. Only downfall here was the beds and pillows. If you want to experience horrible neck pain throughout night just sleep on one of those pillows that feel like they are stuffed with cotton balls. Matresses were clean and new but absolutely horrible sleeping quality. I am not a picky person if its just clean and i know there are no bed bugs so for me to write a review it was a bad experience.
This place is awesome! Very clean room, nice air conditioning, very comfortable. But most importantly, it's the staff, the people. They treated me and my 13 year old daughter like family. Very warm attitude and always willing to go an extra step to make us comfortable. Definitely stay here again when we visit Greenville next time.
