Room was clean and staff was pleasant. The check in and check out processes were both simple. There are multiple restaurants within the immediate area. I am likely to stay at this hotel again next time I am in Greenville
Overnight guest. Quiet tidy clean rooms. Excellent hospitality. The staff is polite, welcoming and helpful which makes you feel like a 5-star hotel. Very well managed hotel and team members. Breakfast fruits were excellent like someone that knows fruit chose it. I definitely would stay again. The only thing, the bathtub drain should be cleaned more often to avoid slow flow.
Great breakfast, terrific staff, some freebie early evening snacks from local restaurants. Rooms are clean and comfortable. This is my go to hotel when I need to be in the Greenville area.
Always love staying here, the staff is always friendly, the rooms are not overdone yet they are clean and comfortable. The free breakfast is amazing. Get up early so you don't miss the cinnamon rolls.
Very nice staff, excellent breakfast, great location. The room had nice amenities, and the beds were very comfortable. The only frustration was the air conditioning that got loud during the middle of the night.I am sure that it was an isolated incident, as this place seems well-maintained otherwise.
