I'm embarrassed that my tax dollars pay their salaries (& retirement and other entitlements they don't deserve) because I wouldn't hire slackers like this if I had a choice. I then come back to an, again, nearly empty lot- and *gasp* Greenville City has protected it’s citizens of $1 parking thieves! Rest easy folks..

Whoa. I parked in a lot (well over 35 to 40 spaces available) [and maybe 10 filled]. The event all these lots were collecting revenue for was cancelled, so when I saw a $1 parking booth and the other giant signs of event parking, I so carelessly proceeded to park my vehicle and continued to walk into a restaurant to meet an out of state friend.
