Great customer service from desk staff. Went to inquire of an open claim. I was advised, I had to call Geico customer service 1-800# on my own vs. being offered to call on my behalf since I was there in a Geico local office???. The lady I initially talked to upon arrival left the office and I was tossed to another rep, but I was advised that would happened. I would have preferred to deal with same lady and not have to explain why I was there a 2nd time with a different person.
had 2 accidents 1 minor one more major and in both cases I was treated with empathy, respect and due dilegence was done. great customer service
Angie from the greenville location is the rudest woman I've ever came across. She makes it so difficult to make a payment absolutely horrible. I will be switching to liberty mutual because of her and also my rate with them is alot lower than geico. Geico lost a customer who always pays on time. Way to go Angie
They raised my premium so high that I switched. I have a perfect driving record. The reason given, and I'm not joking was it rained in SC to much
