This is the best customer service that you will receive anywhere! Others have complained of rate increases but that is not within the agents control. I have also been unable to find cheaper insurance anywhere. Thank you for years of great service!
Worst company and insurance provider I've ever dealt with. I've only been with them for 3 renewals and every single time my insurance has gone up. I was with State Farm for over 10 years and my insurance rates never changed. My renewal is coming up in a week. So, i was emailed the policy/billing documents with a new higher rate on them last week. I recieved another email yesterday telling me how much will be debited out of my account in February. IT'S EVEN HIGHER THAN THE DAMN BILL THEY SENT ME LAST WEEK, BY $80!!!! That doesn't even make since. How can you justify that. I'm tired of their lies and bullshit. I will NOT be renewing.
If I could give a zero I would. This man will lie and tell you everything about his family and what he would do if it were him. Also tells you that you will not be subject to a price increase as Allstate typically does it every two years. But yet the policy goes up after 6 months. Total BAIT AND SWITCH
