I was told I'd be delivered yet again a new undamaged fridge and they would be in contact. Again this was December the 7th. After hearing absolutely nothing from HOME DEPOT. I called December 21st. After a few calls and phone transfers I was promised my fridge will be delivered Saturday Dec the 30th. They would deliver within a four hour window and to be at home ready and waiting. Well I did just that. I missed work and was unable to leave because I was told my fridge was definitely being delivered . 5pm rolls around still no fridge no one contacts me I call home depot again and they said the delivery runs until 7pm. Well it is Sunday December 31st 2017. We never recived our new fridge or a phone call. To say I'm pissed off would be a HUGE understatement....
My husband and I are replacing some duct work under the house. We found everything we needed and were asked twice by associates if they could help us. Very friendly and informative.
Compared to other Home Depot stores in the area, this one has knowledgeable staff in each section and they always seem to be around when you need them. Excellent selection of various tools, bulk products, etc. They offer a military discount, although I have heard that here recently it is only offered on certain days. Have yet to verify this. Their pro services are very helpful and their tool rental is not too badly priced honestly.
The stores should be laid out the same. I go there almost everyday.

Extremely disappointed in home depot. Bought a refrigerator in November. Home depot delivered my new one on December 7th 2017. The fridge was damaged. I was offered $75 off the price if i wanted to keep the damaged fridge. I declined.
