Great job with brows! I have also gotten a manicure there and while they were very professional and very nice, they rushed me out the door as soon as my nails were done. I had wrinkles and chips in them for a week before I changed the color myself.
The customer service was Really bad. I changed my mind on my service AND the nail tech, acted as if she had an attitude. She was half wiping off the polish I had to ask her to depart the process to get it all off, SHE WAS ROUGH, AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKIKLS AT ALL. Another lady was walking around ASKING other clients did the want a beverage, and I had to ask, No ONE ASKED ME. With my service I wanted a design, and I was told I would HAVE to wait and asked how long, they could not GIVE me a estimated time. They just left me sitting there and finally she came back and asked want ME what I was going to do, again no one even ATTEPMTED TO GIVE ME A ESTIMATED TIME, SO I LEFT. Customer service is everything, they WILL NEVER GET MY SERVUCE AGAIN!!!!!
The ladies who did mine and my friend's manicure and pedicure were very pleasant. We both had the gel polish on both our toes and fingers, no acrylic. However, our nails didn't even last 1-2 days before they started chipping and the polish started coming up at the base of the nails. DEFINITELY not worth the price we paid. Also, the one who greeted us had an attitude that a greeter shouldn't have. When you walk into a place like this at this cost you should feel welcomed but we didn't feel welcomed until well into our service.

I will NEVER go back to this place. I went up there today to get a pedicure with a friend. The lady that did my toes was not very friendly, which I can get past BUT she put NO effort into my pedicure at all. She barely scrubbed my feet or massaged my legs. She didn't even massage my feet at all. The paint job was horrible and I asked her to fix it. While I was pointing out that my toe was HALF painted she swatted my hand away from my feet TWICE. She finally fixed it and it look decent. I am not one to complain and didn't feel comfortable complaining to her because she was so unfriendly. When I got home and was in better light I noticed that the corners were still half painted and there was polish all down my toes. I called up there and talked to a lady that said if I came back up there she would repaint them for me. I told her it would be around 6:40 before I could get back up there and she said that was fine. (They close at 7:00) I arrived at 6:42 and THEY WERE CLOSED!!! Doors locked, no one in sight, and lights off. I AM VERY DISPLEASED and WILL NEVER BE BACK. I did call and leave a voicemail for the owner. We'll see if I get a call back.
