Great Staff and Services! I came in for an hour massage and had to request for a 90 minute instead. Again Great therapist and staff! I'm already scheduled for another 2 weeks!
The salon itself is alright. Has a very odd smell (like a musty old house smell). The decor overall does not feel high end. Nonetheless the staff is friendly.
Also you cannot tip via credit card. Just a heads up so you can avoid an awkward situation of not being able to tip the staff. Bring cash. Next time I’ll likely look to try another spa in Greenville. Not a repeat customer
Love, love, love Headquarters! I have never had anyone who understands color the way Susan does! I have been coming here for over 10 yrs and have never had a bad experience. In fact, I drive well over an hour just to see Susan! Her knowledge and expertise is unsurpassed and I am one of the pickiest people on the planet about my hair! I can go in with any hair issue and Susan always has a solution. She is always friendly, warm and welcoming and open to any ideas you bring to her! They also have excellent products, packages, massage services and mani pedi's!!! Sitting is Susan's chair is always my treat!! :)
I haven't been here since Spring of 2016, but had a decent experience both times. I went for a haircut and the stylist was nice, but seemed a little irresponsible. She couldn't find many of the tools she was using. She was also 15 minutes late to my appointment. I went a few months later to get my nails done for my wedding and actually had the same employee. Once again, very pleasant but my nails were only about a 3/5. They served their purpose though as my wedding was the next day. My mom also had her nails done by a different employee and they were awesome! I like the atmosphere a lot, but I probably wouldn't go back.
Had a great massage here but the facial was very subpar. When initially called about the facial I asked about a deep poor facial and he said oh I’m actually taking that off our website as we do not have the stuff to do that facial. Paid over $100 for the facial and extractions. The facial tech essentially probed my face with an LED light for ten minutes, and once every like minute would lightly pinch my face in different places (rather than use a loop and lancer). Kept rubbing product all over my face, and putting a towel on it and doing this weird stroke thing on my face afterwards. Then put the steamer so close to my face it started burning my skin. Overall, this was probably the most inexperienced facialist I ever had. It’s basically something I could have done at home on my own with better results.
Bought a gift certificate for my pregnant wife. Complications with the pregnancy arose. Last thing on our minds was a massage package purchased for her. By the time she recovered from the mishap, the certificate was expired by two weeks. Shop owner refused to honor the certificate despite the real life happenings that occurred in our life. Never ever ever go here.
Now the positive... I can’t say enough good things about it! Hit all the right spots and made my back feel 10000% better.
