The backstory on this is that this has happened for years now, I would call the company, which would about 50% of the time net them coming out and taking their garbage on a trailer, the other times would just silently be forgotten. But it just kept happening, and finally I got pretty tired of it and wrote a pretty strongly worded review on here. That got me a real response from the company and I thought we were gunna see some real change, and we did. For about 4 months, and now it's back. First a neighbouring business complained about their dumpster getting filled, and now this morning we got our deposit from them as well. I just don't get it, it seems so obvious to not do this, why does it keep happening?
The shopping plaza I work at uses this company for maintaining the parking lot. We keep experiencing this company dumping the trash they pick up into our dumpster. Our store produces enough trash on our own, we just don't have the space in our dumpster for them to dump in ours. They seem to swap it up and have upset just about every business in the plaza. Keep in mind this is a Wal-Mart parking lot so we're not talking about a small amount of garbage.
