Matt arrived as scheduled along with trainee Caleb. This was my first maintenance check after purchasing the agreement this past summer. Both men were personable and acted in a very professional manner. Caleb completed the work while Matt made sure that everythingas done correctly. So far I am very pleased with the service that General provides.
In 1959 when General HVAC began I was only 6. My Dad was a heating & air man, the first guy friends called on when in need. He's passed on now, but I feel his no-nonsense excellent service ethic lives on in Mike Green & all the highly qualified & knowledgeable technicians I have had the pleasure of dealing with at General. There's a confidence I feel from the personable office staff scheduling my appointments to the excellent contract they offer with too many benefits to list here - just ask Mike Green or any of them when they arrive if they don't offer it first. They have been nursing along a unit I had installed in 1995,still ticking. I have such confidence in them that I will take to heart their advice,and soon request an upgrade of a more efficient unit.
