I scheduled an appointment online for the first time slot of the following day. I know how it is getting in first thing in the morning, but they were over 30 minutes late for my appointment. When the manager did finally arrive, no apologies were made to me for the inconvenience. He was professional in other interaction, but I cannot fathom not apologizing to someone for making them wait that amount of time, especially when they have a confirmed appointment. I've worked in customer service for years and the idea of not uttering even an acknowledgment of my time spent is a little mind-boggling to me.
Went in for an inspection for Uber and Lyft and it was the worst experience I have had at any mechanic shop in Greenville. Uber has them down as a recommended place on their website and I strongly suggest you go somewhere else. My car is less than two years old and they came out telling me I needed all these repairs done to my car. After spending ten years in the Marine Corps as a mechanic I knew they were giving me the run around. They over charge for inspections and they also charge you to print the inspection form as well. My suggestion is to go to a local, independent, non-chained operated mechanic shop to get your inspection. I did and they laughed after I told them what I was told by the people here. Avoid this place at all costs!
Your time is probably not super high on their list of priorities.
However my husband went to redeem his, and they charged him $15 because they had too many oil changes lined up.
I was going to continue to go here afterwards for maintenance and oil changes, but after they ripped off my husband I've changed my mind.
Great customer service. Although they get business, they'll find time to take a look at my car. They always give me an affordable option, even when I get estimates elsewhere. I drive a Jeep and they help take care of the maintenance.
Otherwise the service was good(once they got it together for the day it only took half an hour to change my oil) and the knowledge of the vehicles is apparent. I guess at the end of the day, that is what matters most, but they could use a little bit of refinement in their customer service skills, as I'm not sure I will return with my business at this location.
Wish I could give this place no stars!! Do not go to this location!! Only positive about this location is Steven the Manager. Technician will do and say anything to cover their a**es when they damage your vehicle.
They didn't honor the coupon, but they still redeemed it. I attached a photo of the coupon which CLEARLY states that the oil change is free and it should be redeemed by 9/30/17.
I went and got my free oil change from TMobile & there was no problem!
