Terrible experience the first business Who ever lied constantly about what they willing to do . Did a 21 point expection and didn’t fix everything charge me 2,400 told me I have 12 months parts and labor warranty. Then after I paid them few days later my head gasket blew after they so called “fixed it” now they tell me they can’t fix it. They will tell you they working on it then don’t even have it in the shop you have to constantly call them . They lie and give you the run around worst experience ever I will advise you to look else where PLEASE . YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
They are very slow and keep getting the run around with the shop. They had my wife vehicle for 3 weeks and all they did was blame the warranty company. I called the warranty company and was told that were otherised to fix it weeks ago. Customer service is lacking. I would never use them again not will I recommend there service. They still could not get my wife's vehicle fixed. If any one talks with Chris or Joe nether one has a clue what goes on in there shop
They did a great job, just one issue: i had broke down and needed an alternator. They came and got my car off the road and said they'd hope to have it done quick. What i did not know, was the fact that they were not open during the weekend, so i had to wait another three days to get my vehicle.
I called with an emergency and they asked me if I could come in early so they could fit me in. Wonderful company, expert staff, and friendly help! Couldn’t ask for anything better!
Chris is an exemplary worker and extremely helpful in genuinely solving your car problems-this man loves his job and makes sure you leave content. The mechanics are very timely also-they do excellent work also and deserve a lot of credit.
