Very large store with a vast selection. Regular firearm prices (no sale) are a little on the high side. Good ammo deals can be found, but regular ammo prices are normal to slightly high.
What store in 2017 doesn’t do store to store or store to customer shipping even when the customer is ready to pay for the product and shipping?!!! I live in NC and drove 45 minutes to a store who said they had the beautiful Eva Shockey King Huntress bedding set I wanted. I showed up and they didn’t...they looked up all the stores that had it so I could call and try...I called all 3 that had it listed and they all said They couldn’t ship it to me or to my store (it was already off the website but stores had it). After all 3 stores I called the catalog number they gave me and after 3 calls to them the lady (who pretended like I hadn’t just talked to her) said that she didn’t think any stores actually had it but I should call tomorrow and check. Seriously?! This took about 3 hours before I just gave up. We love Cabela’s but the run around I just got was terrible! All I want my bedding set!
Amazing store and friendly staff. The animal exhibits and fish aquarium are great for kids and adults. Wide variety of clothing and shoes. Restaurant also located inside the store. Great place for outdoor, hiking, fishing and hunting needs.
Having a great selection and some of the best staff around, Cabela's has always been one of my favorite stores. However, yesterday, a group of guys showed just how much a big store can care. After a rare occasion of not being satisfied with my purchase, not only did they refund the money but let me keep the item which can be repaired. Thank you for your staff taking the time and for all y'all do! Truly a A+ store! Unparalleled customer service! Would never go to another store now. You guys brought Christmas without knowing it! As a Vet & businessman, you have my business for life!
Biggest complaint is that they don't mark sale items on the shelf. It's best to familiarize yourself with what's discounted before going.
