I don't have enough good things to say about Michael and the Beemer Residential Roofing team. I was a first timer at having a roof replaced and I didn't know what to expect. Michael was kind, organized, and always on point. He walked me through every step of the process and there were never any surprises. What really blew me away was that he made it a point to clear his schedule TWICE to come back out to my house to be there for the insurance adjuster. That's not just doing your job, that's truly going above and beyond. And I haven't even mentioned the fact that I now have an amazing new roof on my house with a lifetime warranty!
My two cents... call Beemer first. You will not be disappointed.
Kenny Beemer and his crew went above and beyond to replace the roof on my home. They did a quick, but thorough job and made sure that I was happy with their work. All of their employees were professional, quick to respond and customer service oriented. Also, their prices were very competitive and they were great at guiding me through the process. I'd recommend this company all day long!
I was verbally assaulted by one of their employees for un-beknowningly "cutting him in line" at Chick-Fil-A. Cant say I'm in the market now for a new roof or repairs, but when I am, certainly won't be calling these guys. Furthermore, I'll be sure to share this comical experience with all my co-workers and friends in the area. Poor reflection of their company by one employee's actions. Hope his day got better after breakfast :)
I found this company to be top-notch, all the way from the salesman who met with us first, to the workers, and also the office staff. They did a wonderful job of taking care of some recent hail damage. I hope I don't need them again soon, but if I do - I'll know where to come. I highly recommend Beemer Residential Roofing.
First of all, the roof that Beemer Residential Roofing installed on my house looks every bit as good as those shown on this website. Secondly, the installation was done in a minimum of time and the following cleanup was outstanding. One thing that stood out during the installation process was the concern that Mr. Beemer had for the safety of his employees. Prior to starting the project, Mr. Beemer clearly explained each step in the process including advice on dealing with the insurance issues all resulting in a “no surprises” project. Included in the installation was an attic vent fan. The fan stopped working about 1 ½ years later and Mr. Beemer replaced the fan at no charge even though the fan was out of warranty. I will totally recommend Beemer Residential Roofing without hesitation to anyone with roofing needs.
