We had an amazing experience renting from the Marchant Company. Lisa especially, was extremely easy to work with and very communicative. We moved out of the area, but would rent with them in the future.
One star is too many....i agree with everyone else...worst company ever...YALL NEED TO GET IT TOGETHER...EVERY SINCE I TOLD YALL I WASNT RENEWING MY LEASE ITS BEEN A PROBLEM...I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND YOUR COMPANY TO MY FAMILY OR FRIENDS....BEFORE I WAS ABLE TO SIGN SAYING IM BREAKING MY LEASE Y'ALL PUT A FOR RENT SIGN...IT ALMOST LIKE Y'ALL PUSHING ME OUT...MY THREE YEAR THERE I WOULD HAVE TO CALL SEVERAL OF TIMES TO GET SOMEONE TO FIX SOMETHING...POOR BUSINESS.....I PAID MY RENT ON TIME AND NEVER HAD A ISSUE BUT SINCE IM MOVING OUT YOU TREATING US LIKE WE DONe SOMETHING WRONG....AGAIN I WOULD NEVER RENT FROM YOUR COMPANY AND I WOULD NEVER TELL ANYONE TOO...YOUR COMPANY WILL NEVER GET MY MONEY AGAIN....I HAVE ONE MORE MONTH AND MY LEASE IS UP AND HAVE ALREADY MOVED OUT...THEY STILL WANT ME TO KEEP UTILITIES ON EVEN THO IM NOT LIVING THERE..NEVER HEARD OF THAT....THEY DONT CARE ABOUT ANYONE
