We are so pleased with our painting project completed by CertaPro. The work was performed meticulously, the painting team was respectful of our home and us. It was clear that the team prioritized the satisfactory job over a projected time estimate, and took the extra time to make the job perfect. Our project team was headed by Hector, who was wonderful, and both Eric and Brady stopped in during the job to ensure our satisfaction.
The painting job CertaPro did was excellent. The job was to fix the bad job done by a painter who did not use a primer (altho he said he did...) and to make the woodwork perfect. it is perfect, I am very pleased. I am also very pleased with their customer service: they kept in touch, they showed up on time, they were respectful of my home, and they are very respectful of my time and budget. I will use them again for other projects in the near future. I highly recommend Certa Pro.
I have never used professional painters before and was so impressed. From the estimate with Brady to the cleanup this was a wonderful experience. Seamless painting and repair work like I have never seen before. Highly recommend this company A-1 service and I forgot to say how speedy they were.
We had an excellent experience with CertaPro. They were willing to take on an outside painting job that others were unwilling to do as much of the work was several stories high. They were also reasonably priced compared to other estimates we received. They arrived on time and stayed in communication with us throughout the process. Everyone we worked with were professional and accommodating. They showed up on time and finished on time. We expect to call them again when we are ready to paint the interior of our home.
